Each year, we look for caring, enthusiastic staff members (ages 14 and up) for our Adventure and Teen Camps. Variety’s Camp program offers a free day camp experience to children and teens with disabilities in the greater St. Louis region that features a fun, safe environment - read more about the program here.
This summer’s Camp will be held virtually on our clickto.camp platform. All staff members will work remotely and will lead campers in a variety of online activities, including crafts, games, music time, virtual field trips, time with special guests and more. Virtual Camp staff members are expected to be high-energy and be able to engage campers through a screen.
All camp staff positions are paid. Learn more about each position below – click on the position title for a full job description, including responsibilities.
Counselors – Counselors will be assigned to a camper group (campers are grouped based on their ages) to provide support and encouragement to campers through daily camp activities.
