Welcome to Variety, Anne!
We are excited to announce Anne Young as Health Services Care Coordinator at Variety Saint Louis! Anne is an essential part of Variety’s Medical Equipment program, processing equipment applications and helping families get the tools their child needs to thrive.
Anne graduated from Mizzou with a degree in Human Development & Family Studies. She previously worked at KVC helping run the Respite House, working directly with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
“I am excited to help these families acquire the medical equipment and therapies these Variety kiddos need to strive and do things no one ever thought was possible. It is an honor to work at Variety,” expresses Anne.
When Anne is not at Variety, she is enjoying spending time with her husband Scott, their black lab Gunner, her four children, Cassie, Christopher, Charlotte, and Lexie, and their grandson Asher.
Anne trained for the Go! Saint Louis Marathon and completed the race in 2009. “It was hard work, but I have always been inspired by the kiddos at Variety and can’t wait to see what I accomplish next!”
Her hobbies include repainting furniture, going on walks, working on projects around the house and binge-watching Netflix!
