We’re making final preparations for Variety Unbound: An Evening of Empowerment this Thursday, April 21! For our guests’ convenience, we have compiled some important updates you should know before attending this unforgettable evening!
To keep Variety Kids and guests safe, we are taking several precautions.
First, masks are strongly recommended but not required.
Second, please provide proof of vaccination (a photo of your card is sufficient), or proof of a negative test taken within the past 48 hours. If neither are available, we will have complimentary testing available on-site.
Third, if you are feeling sick, we ask that you stay home. We will miss anyone who is unable to attend, however, the health and safety of our Variety Kids is our top priority!
The event will be held at The Factory, 17105 N Outer 40 Rd, Chesterfield, MO 63005. Once at the venue, guests may use either of the large parking lots both west and south of the building.
Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. for the cocktail reception. Dinner will begin at 7:15 p.m. with the program starting soon after. The event is expected to conclude by approximately 9:00 p.m.
For dinner, those who have purchased tables will be seated together as a group. Individual guests will be seated with other Variety supporters and families at tables of 8-10. Please let us know by Wednesday, April 20th, if you or anyone in your party has dietary restrictions (such as vegetarian, gluten free, or other allergies) so we can accommodate those needs.
