Volunteers are strongly encouraged to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and exercise caution in all interactions. We ask that all attendees maintain social distance whenever possible, wear a well-fitted mask (optional), sanitize regularly, and stay home if you are feeling ill.

Variety the Children’s Charity of St. Louis considers the health and safety of Variety Kids, many at increased risk of complications from infectious diseases like COVID-19, our highest priority. To reduce the risk of infectious disease transmission, we have implemented enhanced safety policies and procedures for in-person events. Effective November 15, 2021, Variety St. Louis mandated the COVID-19 vaccination for all those participating at in-person programs. As of September, 2022, Variety policy was updated to require those having direct contact with Variety children and families be fully vaccinated.
