Emma plays an essential role in facilitating smooth operations in Variety’s office, assisting team members, and ensuring the upkeep of data related to finances, development, and administration. Throughout her career, Emma realized she has a high passion and drive to work for an organization with a purpose.
Driven by Variety’s unique mission, Emma is dedicated to keeping the office organized and efficient. “I’m eager to provide support to our staff so they can truly make a difference in the lives of families in our community,” shares Emma.
Emma shares a fulfilling life with her partner, Alex, and will be celebrating 12 years together! They are proud parents of their children Dawson, Graham, Twyla, and Milo. Their bustling household also includes two dogs, Harley and Lucy.
The Broyles enjoy spending quality time with each other through various activities. Their kids participate in both girl and boy scouts, which keeps the whole family busy and active. They also enjoy family game nights and exploring local pizzerias.
In addition to family activities, Emma embraces the outdoors and can be found at various concert venues, Six Flags, or the Muny. Camping and hiking are among her favorite outdoor activities.
In her downtime, Emma indulges in hobbies like reading, gaming, crafting, and catching up on her favorite TV shows and movies.
