What to Expect at Variety Family Conference 2018

We are just two days away from our inaugural Variety Family Conference and we can’t wait to spend the day learning from and connecting with all of the attendees! As part of the Emerson Resource Center, the conference will be filled with educational and networking opportunities for both Variety families and members of the St. Louis community.

If you’re joining us, we are certain you are curious as to what to expect from the day, so we’ve put together a list of everything you need to know.

Where You Need to Go:

The conference will take place in the Eric P. Newman Education Center (EPNEC) on the Washington University Medical Campus. The address for the EPNEC is 320 S. Euclid Ave., St. Louis, MO. Signs will be placed throughout the building directing you to registration, which will take place near Seminar Room B.

Accessibility:

The facility is completely accessible to all, with accessible parking (see details below) also available. If needed, conference participants may also be dropped off in the circle drive in front of the EPNEC, with the driver either parking or returning to pick up the attendee following the conference.

Parking:

Variety St. Louis will validate all participant parking. To receive validation, all participants must bring their parking ticket with them to registration.

Please park in the Metro Garage at 4560 Children's Place, where accessible parking and a pedestrian walkway are available. The walkway is on the third floor and signs will direct you to the conference. Accessible parking can be found on levels three through seven, with an elevator available. Click here for more information as well as a map.

What You Need to Bring:

Yourself! We will provide the food, paper, pens and opportunities, you just need to bring a willingness to learn and connect with others!

Meals:

A continental breakfast and box lunch will be provided. The continental breakfast will be available during check-in.
